We ARE your file storage alternative - ...and that includes an alternative to wasting money.
As explained in our Savings Comparison and Calculator, the cost of storage services at Data Files Storage compared to the cost of storage usage in your high-rent building or office is significant enough for one to take notice.  In short, our rates save you money.

So, what are our rates and how are they calculated?
At Data File Storage, we charge an affordable $.75 per box per month for an average (small-sized) bankers style box.  We define an average box as 10 1/2" HIGH x 12 1/2" WIDE x 16 1/2" LONG.  Larger boxes are charged $1.50 per month as they take twice as much space to store on a shelving unit.

What if I add or remove items?
We pro-rate when boxes are added or removed, so you save money.

What other services do you offer?
Shredding and courier services are outsourced.

Are there hidden fees to access files?
We never charge you to access your files.  All costs are covered in your monthly rent.  Additionally, unlike many of our competitors, we will never charge you a permanent removal fee.
